Cancellation winter 2024/2025: And what if everything suddenly changes and you can't go on holiday as planned? Cancellations are always unpleasant - for you as well as for us.
Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing, and we ask you to inform us as soon as possible.
You can cancel or rebook up to 30 days before arrival without additional costs. Possible without giving any reasons. (please in writing - short e-mail is sufficient). The deposit will be returned to you minus € 35 handling fee per booking.
After this period the general terms and conditions apply:
29 days to 8 days before arrival date cancel, 70% cancellation fee of the booking amount will be charged.
Cancel your vacation 7 days to 1 day before arrival date, 90 % cancellation fee of the booking sum will be charged. (according to the AGBH)
Late arrival or early departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
The cancellation conditions apply to all fellow travellers. If individual persons do not arrive, the same cancellation conditions apply.
Any deposit paid will be credited to you in the form of a credit note for a future vacation (summer as well as winter season) or refunded on request. (minus handling fee € 35)
This credit can be redeemed for a re booking until April 2030. No price commitment for re bookings.
In case of illness of you or family members your travel cancellation insurance comes into effect. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance!
