Frequently Asked Questions:
- Our hotel is closed from 11 April until 4 December 2010
- However, we can be reached either by phone or e-mail at any time
- Prices are per day and person, including all taxes and Lasinga Half Board
- Guests booking room with breakfast only receive a EUR 12 discount per person off the half-board price.
- Surcharge for short stays up to 3 days: EUR 10 per person and day
- Underground parking garage for EUR 8.00 per day (please reserve in advance) or
- free use of our car park (gated) just 300 m from the hotel
- Internet: Wireless LAN (hot spot) throughout the hotel and a surf station in the basement: fee-for-service (a variety of plans to choose from)
- Rooms are available for check-in on arrival day after 3:00 p.m.
- Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m.
Payments:
are accepted in cash, as well as by EC card, MasterCard, Visa and electronic funds transfer.
Reservation Conditions:
To guarantee your reservation, we request a deposit of EUR 300 transferred to our bank account. Your booking becomes binding upon both parties once your deposit is received. We strongly recommend taking out a holiday cancelation/early-departure insurance policy!

Cancelation and Early-Departure Insurance:
Austria Insurance offers inexpensive insurance coverage. The amount of the premium (which depends on the total cost of your stay/trip) is provided in our booking confirmation. If you transfer your EUR 300 deposit along with the premium, we will take out the policy on your behalf. Additional information is available in our download area.
Cancelation Conditions:
Should you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be reimbursed the amount of your deposit minus a € 25 processing fee per booking. Should you cancel no later than 1 month prior to your arrival date, there will be a cancelation penalty equivalent to 3 days of room charges. Should you cancel within 21 days of arrival, we will be obliged to charge you the full booking amount – in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, regardless of the reasons, the same rule will apply.
General Notice:
Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply in all instances. Seat of jurisdiction is Landeck. The place of delivery is the town in which the accommodation establishment is located.
